ZPW15D Rotary Tablet Press

Main Application

This single-press type, continuous automatic tablet press converts granular raw materials into tablets. Primarily used in the pharmaceutical industry, it also serves chemical, food, electronic, plastic, and metallurgical applications.

Operating Principle

Fully-enclosed stainless steel exterior meets G.M.P requirements
Transparent windows allow clear observation of press conditions and facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance
Capable of producing round tablets, various geometric shapes, double-layer tablets, annular tablets, and tablets with impressed letters on both sides
Centralized control panel and devices on one side for simplified operation
Integrated overload protection system safeguards punches and apparatus from damage
Fully-enclosed oil-immersed worm gear drive ensures long service life and prevents cross contamination
